Conditions of the SEND A POSTCARD service

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between ATSIKANA.ORG (supplier of the postcard sending service) and the SENDER (customer who orders the service). These terms and conditions are valid from August 1, 2025 until revoked.

Subject of the service:
ATSIKANA.ORG undertakes to send the SENDER a colored paper postcard of A6 size (148 x 105 mm) CHOSEN BY THE SENDER to the ADDRESSEE'S address provided by him.

ATSIKANA.ORG undertakes to:
Confirm successful receipt of the order to the SENDER's provided e-mail address, inform the SENDER about the production and sending of the postcard to the ADDRESSEE, including sending a visual of the sent postcard.

The SENDER undertakes to:

  1. Enter the complete and correct postal address of the ADDRESSEE. ATSIKANA.ORG is not responsible for non-delivery of the postcard caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
  2. Enter the text of the postcard. ATSIKANA.ORG reserves the right to refuse to send text that is vulgar, offensive, racist or otherwise inappropriate or illegal.
  3. Enter your e-mail address for the purpose of communication regarding the order.
  4. Pay the agreed price of the service by entering the voucher code paid for at https://ko-fi.com/atsikana/shop

Delivery time:
ATSIKANA.ORG undertakes to send the postcard within 3 business days of receipt of the order when entering the correct voucher code paid for by the SENDER. The actual delivery time depends on the postal service and the destination.

Protection of personal data:
The SENDER agrees to provide his/her personal data (e-mail address, billing information, if applicable) and the ADDRESSEE's personal data (name, address) solely for the purpose of processing and delivering the ordered postcard. ATSIKANA.ORG is entitled to transfer this data to the postal service provider to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of the service. Personal data will not be used for other marketing purposes without the express consent of the SENDER.
